St. Patty's Day Tablescape and a Party

I've designed an informal St. Patrick's Day setting trying to get into the spirit of St. Patrick's Day.

I used my Fiestaware in a variety of colors: Kelley Green, Lemongrass, Turquoise, and White.

Fiesta baking dishes were used for baked potatoes.

The centerpiece consisted of greenery picks and St. Patrick's Day hats and clovers from Trees and Trends.

Angel food cake and strawberries made a dessert for a birthday celebration for my husband.

A green and white St. Patrick's Tartan was used as a base for the centerpiece.

Food for the birthday party included: grilled pork chops, buttered carrots, sweet and sour slaw, baked beans, and baked potatoes.

Another table setting for St. Patrick's Day included a new quilted table runner I made using scraps from quilting projects.

Kiss Me, I'm Irish!

This is Ernie, my cat and assistant quilter.

  3. Great job on that festive table runner! I like that centerpiece with the Irish hats on the tartan fabric. The food looks super delish and I hope your hubby had a happy birthday. What a fabulous sign that is with all the Irish sayings/words - perfect décor item for the occasion.
